My Daily 10000 is a blog that talks about the topic of walking. Initially set up to track the daily walking habits of Joel Brown through a series of weekly walking updates.

My Daily 10000 now also is working towards including a lot of information for everyone about walking. Including some great tips about how to include some more walking into your day. A space where I will be sharing the walks that I enjoy from time to time.

Also over time, I am going to start looking at some of the walks that I would like to take on. Whether that is a short hike or the potential of a BIG walk. As well as ways to prepare and train for a significant walk.
