Following you will find an update on my walking statistics for week 30 of 2019. The update covers the dates Monday 22nd of July to Sunday 28th of July.
I am a bit of a numbers geek at times, so of course, I like to look a little closer at some of the numbers behind the individual days.
First up is the highest day for the week which was Saturday with a total of 19,265 steps. While the lowest day was Sunday with a total of 14,633 steps.
I hit my daily step goal a total of 6 times this week and walked a total of 113,563 steps. Giving me an average of 16,223 steps per day across the week. With my steps this week that gives me 3,473,657 steps for the year to date.

It is four years this week when I first set out on the path to walk 15,000 steps per day. I have had some ups and downs along the way and this week turns out to be one of the downs. It includes the fourth time this year that I have missed the 15,000 step goal. I missed it because of just not paying attention and it was only today when putting this post together that I even realised.
In total since I started on the 15,000 step target each day I have missed a total of 9 times. However, that also means that I have achieved my goal on 1,458 days in that time. I have achieved three longer streaks including 364, 392 and 428 days in length. As well as a number of shorter streaks including 50, 74 and 91 days in length. In that time I have also walked almost 25.3 million steps. Averaging 17,236 steps per day across the 1,467 days since I started the 15,000 step target on the 23rd of July 2015.
