Following you will find an update on my walking statistics for week 36 of 2015. The update covers the dates Monday 31st of August to Sunday 6th of September.
I am a bit of a numbers geek at times, so of course, I like to look a little closer at some of the numbers behind the individual days.
First up is the highest day for the week which was Tuesday with a total of 24,308 steps. While the lowest day was Sunday with a total of 15,120 steps.
I hit my daily step goal a total of 7 times this week and walked a total of 124,813 steps. Giving me an average of 17,830 steps per day across the week. With my steps this week that gives me 3,452,026 steps for the year to date.
Another good week just working away at getting the goal each and every day. It seems amazing to me at times that I can get this far with a goal of 15,000 steps per day, while I was struggling to keep getting a goal of 10,000 steps just two months ago.
The streak is continuing this week and has now reached 46 days of getting the 15,000 step goal.
