Following you will find an update on my walking statistics for week 37 of 2015. The update covers the dates Monday 7th of September to Sunday 13th of September.
I am a bit of a numbers geek at times, so of course, I like to look a little closer at some of the numbers behind the individual days.
First up is the highest day for the week which was Sunday with a total of 19,564 steps. While the lowest day was Friday with a total of 15,211 steps.
I hit my daily step goal a total of 7 times this week and walked a total of 120,502 steps. Giving me an average of 17,214 steps per day across the week. With my steps this week that gives me 3,572,528 steps for the year to date.
I think that one of the hardest things to do is to get something like a streak started. In those first days, it is to easy to just push it aside, especially if you do not have a longer-term goal in mind. So even though I set my sights higher I think that setting a one-month goal initially was good to get the motivation going.
But that is the other thing, once you have a run of 30 days behind you, it is much easier to keep that going. So far I have made it to 53 days with the streak and hopefully not looking at stopping any time soon.
