Following you will find an update on my walking statistics for week 32 of 2015. The update covers the dates Monday 3rd of August to Sunday 9th of August.
I am a bit of a numbers geek at times, so of course, I like to look a little closer at some of the numbers behind the individual days.
First up is the highest day for the week which was Saturday with a total of 25,486 steps. While the lowest day was Thursday with a total of 15,088 steps.
I hit my daily step goal a total of 7 times this week and walked a total of 128,047 steps. Giving me an average of 18,292 steps per day across the week. With my steps this week that gives me 2,946,926 steps for the year to date.
There is one thing that I have found about trying to hit a higher step goal each day. Which is that it tends to lead to walking more and you end up hitting higher step counts still. Which led to me breaking my highest steps on a day again, with 25,486 on Saturday. That is about 800 more than my previous top day, which was about five weeks ago.
The streak is of course still running on the high goal of 15,000 steps per day and is at 18 days now.
