Following you will find an update on my walking statistics for week 34 of 2015. The update covers the dates Monday 17th of August to Sunday 23rd of August.
I am a bit of a numbers geek at times, so of course, I like to look a little closer at some of the numbers behind the individual days.
First up is the highest day for the week which was Monday with a total of 26,354 steps. While the lowest day was Sunday with a total of 15,813 steps.
I hit my daily step goal a total of 7 times this week and walked a total of 125,533 steps. Giving me an average of 17,933 steps per day across the week. With my steps this week that gives me 3,213,711 steps for the year to date.
This week is yet again another positive week of two little milestones. The first is another day where I have reached a new high step total for a day. This was the day after the previous best day and an increase of just 500 extra steps for a total of 26,354 steps.
The second is that my streak has reached what I hoped when I increased my step goal to 15,000 steps per day. That is to achieve the goal each day for a whole month. With this week, I have reached 32 days in a row walking over 15,000 steps per day.
