Following you will find an update on my walking statistics for week 18 of 2019. The update covers the dates Monday 29th of April to Sunday 5th of May.
I am a bit of a numbers geek at times, so of course, I like to look a little closer at some of the numbers behind the individual days.
First up is the highest day for the week which was Sunday with a total of 20,011 steps. While the lowest day was Wednesday with a total of 15,172 steps.
I hit my daily step goal a total of 7 times this week and walked a total of 115,094 steps. Giving me an average of 16,442 steps per day across the week. With my steps this week that gives me 2,099,245 steps for the year to date.
This Time Last Year
Looking back to Week 18 of 2018, following are some of the step numbers for comparison. I walked a total of 120,911 steps with an average of 17,273 steps per day. The highest day was 19,554 and the lowest day was 15,749. To read more check out Walking Update – Week 18, 2018.
Tuesday was the end of April and that of course, means that I am going to have a few extra numbers for you this week. But first one number that is important and that is the second milestone for the year, 2 million steps. I achieve this in the same week that it was last year, but at this point just a little further ahead.
In the month of April, I walked a total of 509,250 steps which works out to an average of 16,975 steps per day. The highest day for walking was the 28th of April with 25,277 steps. While the lowest day for walking was the 8th of April with 15,064 steps.
