Following you will find an update on my walking statistics for week 16 of 2015. The update covers the dates Monday 13th of April to Sunday 19th of April.
I am a bit of a numbers geek at times, so of course, I like to look a little closer at some of the numbers behind the individual days.
First up is the highest day for the week which was Monday with a total of 21,320 steps. While the lowest day was Thursday with a total of 8,023 steps.
I hit my daily step goal a total of 6 times this week and walked a total of 103,908 steps. Giving me an average of 14,844 steps per day across the week. With my steps this week that gives me 1,495,048 steps for the year to date.
I don’t know what it is about Thursday, but this is the second week that I have missed the goal on Thursday. I feel that I do really want to achieve the goal, but just some days the thoughts about actually doing it get the better of me. So this streak turned out to be even shorter at just 6 days achieving the goal.
