Following you will find an update on my walking statistics for week 15 of 2015. The update covers the dates Monday 6th of April to Sunday 12th of April.
I am a bit of a numbers geek at times, so of course, I like to look a little closer at some of the numbers behind the individual days.
First up is the highest day for the week which was Tuesday with a total of 16,769 steps. While the lowest day was Thursday with a total of 9,579 steps.
I hit my daily step goal a total of 6 times this week and walked a total of 84,381 steps. Giving me an average of 12,054 steps per day across the week. With my steps this week that gives me 1,391,140 steps for the year to date.
It looks like I did not last very long on another attempt at a streak. My steps on Thursday only reach 9,579 and of course, missed my 10,000 step goal.
Unfortunately, this was not an accident. While I did not purposefully decide not to keep going, I did decide not to push and if I did not get it that was ok. For some reason I just got into my mind, what is the point of having a goal like this. So I got to 16 this time for a streak, but not sure how I feel about that going forward. I will have to see in the next couple of weeks.
