Following you will find an update on my walking statistics for week 17 of 2015. The update covers the dates Monday 20th of April to Sunday 26th of April.
I am a bit of a numbers geek at times, so of course, I like to look a little closer at some of the numbers behind the individual days.
First up is the highest day for the week which was Friday with a total of 21,891 steps. While the lowest day was Thursday with a total of 10027 steps.
I hit my daily step goal a total of 7 times this week and walked a total of 100,162 steps. Giving me an average of 14,308 steps per day across the week. With my steps this week that gives me 1,595,210 steps for the year to date.
Well, it looks like this week I managed to get back on track and logged at least 10,000 steps each day again. It was also interesting to me to see that the highest and lowest day had such a big difference and were one day after the other.
So let’s see how I go with the streak in the coming weeks. But at the moment that gets me up to 10 days in a row walking over 10,000 steps a day.
