Following you will find an update on my walking statistics for week 26 of 2015. The update covers the dates Monday 22nd of June to Sunday 28th of June.
I am a bit of a numbers geek at times, so of course, I like to look a little closer at some of the numbers behind the individual days.
First up is the highest day for the week which was Saturday with a total of 14,643 steps. While the lowest day was Friday with a total of 7,293 steps.
I hit my daily step goal a total of 6 times this week and walked a total of 79,090 steps. Giving me an average of 11,298 steps per day across the week. With my steps this week that gives me 2,297,197 steps for the year to date.
Yes, it looks like I did miss a day again this week. But I need to try and stop focusing on that and try to focus on moving forward and getting back on track for a streak. Sometimes it just can be slightly difficult to focus on other things when you look and don’t see a whole lot.
