Following you will find an update on my walking statistics for week 27 of 2015. The update covers the dates Monday 29th of June to Sunday 5th of July.
I am a bit of a numbers geek at times, so of course, I like to look a little closer at some of the numbers behind the individual days.
First up is the highest day for the week which was Sunday with a total of 24,662 steps. While the lowest day was Saturday with a total of 6,456 steps.
I hit my daily step goal a total of 6 times this week and walked a total of 90,797 steps. Giving me an average of 12,971 steps per day across the week. With my steps this week that gives me 2,387,994 steps for the year to date.
This is kind of the second time that this has happened, where I have a very low day for steps followed by a big day. But this case is slightly different, as last time I achieved my goal both days.
It is somewhat difficult to continually focus on those small days where I miss my goal. But this week I have almost made the steps four times more than the day before. In addition that 24,662 is a new high step record for a single day.
Let’s try something different and say this is the first day of a new streak and let’s see how far I can go.
