Following you will find an update on my walking statistics for week 28 of 2015. The update covers the dates Monday 6th of July to Sunday 12th of July.
I am a bit of a numbers geek at times, so of course, I like to look a little closer at some of the numbers behind the individual days.
First up is the highest day for the week which was Saturday with a total of 15,621 steps. While the lowest day was Monday with a total of 11,557 steps.
I hit my daily step goal a total of 7 times this week and walked a total of 96,078 steps. Giving me an average of 13,725 steps per day across the week. With my steps this week that gives me 2,484,072 steps for the year to date.
Well, this week definitely makes me feel a little happier than the past few weeks. I can say for the first time in a little while that I have made it seven days by making it to my goal. That brings me up to 8 days for a new streak this time. It does make things feel a little more positive and lighter moving forward to get a full week of walking to 10,000 steps.
