Following you will find an update on my walking statistics for week 51 of 2015. The update covers the dates Monday 14th of December to Sunday 20th of December.
I am a bit of a numbers geek at times, so of course, I like to look a little closer at some of the numbers behind the individual days.
First up is the highest day for the week which was Sunday with a total of 25,620 steps. While the lowest day was Friday with a total of 15,553 steps.
I hit my daily step goal a total of 7 times this week and walked a total of 143,653 steps. Giving me an average of 20,521 steps per day across the week. With my steps this week that gives me 5,398,159 steps for the year to date.
There is just one more week left in the year, well technically based on the way they number the weeks. But that means next week is a year since I first got a fitness tracker and started recording my steps.
With that in mind, one thing I have been contemplating is if I should include a little something showing the comparison to the same week of the previous year. Initially, I do not think that it is going to be super beneficial as I was working on two different step goals. But I might give it a go next week and see if I can make something work.
As for the streak that is still ongoing and looking good standing at 151 days for walking 15,000 steps a day.
