Following you will find an update on my walking statistics for week 12 of 2016. The update covers the dates Monday 21st of March to Sunday 27th of March.
I am a bit of a numbers geek at times, so of course, I like to look a little closer at some of the numbers behind the individual days.
First up is the highest day for the week which was Saturday with a total of 20,787 steps. While the lowest day was Friday with a total of 15,192 steps.
I hit my daily step goal a total of 7 times this week and walked a total of 125,089 steps. Giving me an average of 17,869 steps per day across the week. With my steps this week that gives me 1,575,111 steps for the year to date.
This Time Last Year
Looking back to Week 12 of 2015, following are some of the step numbers for comparison. I walked a total of 61,601 steps with an average of 8,800 steps per day. The highest day was 19,989 and the lowest day was 990. To read more check out Walking Update – Week 12, 2015.
It is exactly a year since I had to break my first streak, due to trying to establish why I was coming out in hives. Luckily it turns out that it was not my fitness tracker causing the issue. However, at that time I did lose a few days of data by not wearing the tracker.
It took me some 15 weeks after breaking that streak to get myself into a rhythm again and get started on my current streak. That streak of walking 15,000 steps per day is now up to 249 days.
