Following you will find an update on my walking statistics for week 3 of 2015. The update covers the dates Monday 12th of January to Sunday 18th of January.
I am a bit of a numbers geek at times, so of course, I like to look a little closer at some of the numbers behind the individual days.
First up is the highest day for the week which was Wednesday with a total of 20,919 steps. While the lowest day was Sunday with a total of 10,659 steps.
I hit my daily step goal a total of 7 times this week and walked a total of 112,867 steps. Giving me an average of 16,123 steps per day across the week. With my steps this week that gives me 249,196 steps for the year to date.
This week is the first week that I have achieved the step goal each day and even managed to double the goal one day.
I am going to be working on hitting the goal each and every day and see how long I can keep the streak going. So far this puts me at 10 days on the streak of walking 10,000 steps per day.
