Following you will find an update on my walking statistics for week 5 of 2015. The update covers the dates Monday 26th of January to Sunday 1st of February.
I am a bit of a numbers geek at times, so of course, I like to look a little closer at some of the numbers behind the individual days.
First up is the highest day for the week which was Saturday with a total of 18,776 steps. While the lowest day was Tuesday with a total of 13,388 steps.
I hit my daily step goal a total of 7 times this week and walked a total of 115,271 steps. Giving me an average of 16,467 steps per day across the week. With my steps this week that gives me 476,546 steps for the year to date.
The past week has been my highest week to date, not necessarily something always intended. The weekend did see some additional steps while staying away from home and exploring the area a little more. Travelling is definitely something that sees me walking a lot more. I remember back to when I travelled overseas, while I did not track my steps than I would have recorded some very high days I think.
The streak does continue this week with achieving my daily step goal each day. So far that has me at 24 days walking 10,000 steps each day.
