Following you will find an update on my walking statistics for week 17 of 2016. The update covers the dates Monday 25th of April to Sunday 1st of May.
I am a bit of a numbers geek at times, so of course, I like to look a little closer at some of the numbers behind the individual days.
First up is the highest day for the week which was Friday with a total of 19,955 steps. While the lowest day was Sunday with a total of 16,474 steps.
I hit my daily step goal a total of 7 times this week and walked a total of 123,553 steps. Giving me an average of 17,650 steps per day across the week. With my steps this week that gives me 2,188,115 steps for the year to date.
This Time Last Year
Looking back to Week 17 of 2015, following are some of the step numbers for comparison. I walked a total of 100,162 steps with an average of 14,308 steps per day. The highest day was 21,891 and the lowest day was 10,027. To read more check out Walking Update – Week 17, 2015.
The end of April was on Saturday this week and so here we go with the monthly numbers. I walked a total of 518,691 steps for the month which gives me an average of 18,486 steps per day across the whole month. That is down a little on the last few months and is actually the lowest since I started my 15,000 steps daily target. But looking at the daily average I am still well above that 15,000 steps per day target.
The streak is still going well to walk 15,000 steps per day and have reached 284 days in a row now.
