Following you will find an update on my walking statistics for week 20 of 2016. The update covers the dates Monday 16th of May to Sunday 22nd of May.
I am a bit of a numbers geek at times, so of course, I like to look a little closer at some of the numbers behind the individual days.
First up is the highest day for the week which was Monday with a total of 23,998 steps. While the lowest day was Friday with a total of 16,249 steps.
I hit my daily step goal a total of 7 times this week and walked a total of 131,230 steps. Giving me an average of 18,747 steps per day across the week. With my steps this week that gives me 2,565,104 steps for the year to date.
This Time Last Year
Looking back to Week 20 of 2015, following are some of the step numbers for comparison. I walked a total of 76,104 steps with an average of 10,872 steps per day. The highest day was 14,295 and the lowest day was 7,605. To read more check out Walking Update – Week 20, 2015.
I am hoping that in the next few weeks maybe there will be something a little more to share in this section. As there have been a few weeks recently where I just struggle to find something to discuss. Towards the end of July there will possibly be a little more to discuss, as I start seeing the week from last year with the same goals I have this year. There could be some interesting comparisons for the steps I am walking.
The streak is still going well and I have now passed the 300-day mark with 305 days in a row walking 15,000 steps per day.
