Following you will find an update on my walking statistics for week 5 of 2016. The update covers the dates Monday 1st of February to Sunday 7th of February.
I am a bit of a numbers geek at times, so of course, I like to look a little closer at some of the numbers behind the individual days.
First up is the highest day for the week which was Monday with a total of 20,262 steps. While the lowest day was Thursday with a total of 17,149 steps.
I hit my daily step goal a total of 7 times this week and walked a total of 128,861 steps. Giving me an average of 18,408 steps per day across the week. With my steps this week that gives me 688,750 steps for the year to date.
This Time Last Year
Looking back to Week 5 of 2015, following are some of the step numbers for comparison. I walked a total of 115,271 steps with an average of 16,467 steps per day. The highest day was 18,776 and the lowest day was 13,388. To read more check out Walking Update – Week 5, 2015.
I got a little caught up this week putting this post together when I went looking for the low day. I was a little surprised to see that there was no day under 17,000 steps. It is possible that is has happened before, but I just do not recall it. I tend to remember at least one day a week is close to 15,000.
The streak is still going well and hits the 200-day mark of walking 15,000 steps per day this week.
