Following you will find an update on my walking statistics for week 6 of 2016. The update covers the dates Monday 8th of February to Sunday 14th of February.
I am a bit of a numbers geek at times, so of course, I like to look a little closer at some of the numbers behind the individual days.
First up is the highest day for the week which was Monday with a total of 20,605 steps. While the lowest day was Saturday with a total of 15,643 steps.
I hit my daily step goal a total of 7 times this week and walked a total of 123,529 steps. Giving me an average of 17,467 steps per day across the week. With my steps this week that gives me 812,279 steps for the year to date.
This Time Last Year
Looking back to Week 6 of 2015, following are some of the step numbers for comparison. I walked a total of 89,789 steps with an average of 12,827 steps per day. The highest day was 15,693 and the lowest day was 10029. To read more check out Walking Update – Week 6, 2015.
I am quite enjoying the look back at some of the numbers from last year. While I know that there is not a like for like comparison. Mostly because last year especially at this point I was only working on a 10,000 step goal. Like last year my highest day for this week was just 50 steps more than my lowest day this week.
The streak is also going well up to 207 days now walking 15,000 steps every day.
