Following you will find an update on my walking statistics for week 27 of 2018. The update covers the dates Monday 2nd of July to Sunday 8th of July.
I am a bit of a numbers geek at times, so of course, I like to look a little closer at some of the numbers behind the individual days.
First up is the highest day for the week which was Wednesday with a total of 21,378 steps. While the lowest day was Monday with a total of 15,258 steps.
I hit my daily step goal a total of 7 times this week and walked a total of 121,851 steps. Giving me an average of 17,407 steps per day across the week. With my steps this week that gives me 3,153,162 steps for the year to date.
This Time Last Year
Looking back to Week 27 of 2017, following are some of the step numbers for comparison. I walked a total of 114,124 steps with an average of 16,303 steps per day. The highest day was 16,937 and the lowest day was 15,133. To read more check out Walking Update – Week 27, 2017.
I have reached a little milestone with my streak to walk 15,000 steps a day this week. I have passed the 300-day mark to reach 301 days in a row. this puts me just on the three-quarter mark to getting to my 400-day goal. But of course this is the third time I am in this position, so I don’t want to get to excited to early.
