Following you will find an update on my walking statistics for week 1 of 2015. The update covers the dates Monday 29th December 2015 to Sunday 4th of January 2015.
I am a bit of a numbers geek at times, so of course, I like to look a little closer at some of the numbers behind the individual days.
First up is the highest day for the week which was Tuesday with a total of 18,005 steps. While the lowest day was Thursday with a total of 10,013 steps.
I hit my daily step goal a total of 7 times this week and walked a total of 90,960 steps. Giving me an average of 12,994 steps per day across the week. With my steps this week that gives me 73,796 to finish off the year 2014 and 50,299 to start off 2015 with.
With this only being my second week wearing the fitness tracker, I honestly was not expecting to hit the goal every day. But for me, it totally depends what I am doing and just how determined I am behind a goal.
Two of the days it does show that I only just edged over the mark. In fact I would have got more steps, but I took the fitness tracker off for some time to rest my arm. It does get quite hot here in Summer and the tracker can irritate the arm a little. So once I achieved the steps I took it off for a while.
