Following you will find an update on my walking statistics for week 46 of 2015. The update covers the dates Monday 9th of November to Sunday 15th of November.
I am a bit of a numbers geek at times, so of course, I like to look a little closer at some of the numbers behind the individual days.
First up is the highest day for the week which was Monday with a total of 28,675 steps. While the lowest day was Wednesday with a total of 17,147 steps.
I hit my daily step goal a total of 7 times this week and walked a total of 154,704 steps. Giving me an average of 22,100 steps per day across the week. With my steps this week that gives me 4,765,734 steps for the year to date.
It turned out to be another one of those weeks with a little coincidence in the numbers. On Monday and Tuesday, the number of steps walked turned out to be just 14 steps apart. It really is uncanny how that can happen.
Otherwise, it actually turned out to be a pretty high week for steps, which may in part be due to a little trip to Melbourne. Walking around while in the city and also on a visit further south to Phillip Island, definitely adds the steps up quickly.
The streak is still ongoing this week and has now reached 116 days of walking 15,000 steps or more.
